The Montreal, Maine & Atlantic began operation in January of 2003 and owns over 510 route miles of track, serving customers in Maine, Vermont, Quebec and New Brunswick.
The MMA operates approximately 15 trains daily
with main line operations conducted regularly between Millinocket and Searsport, Maine, and between Brownville Junction, Maine and Montreal, Quebec.

The MMA as it is known today, served the region as the Bangor & Aroostook Railroad for 111 years before being acquired by Rail World, Inc. ...more
